Satisfying our customers is not
simply a goal at BLU Pencil,
but a business philosophy. We also realize that under
rare circumstance, a customer may not be satisfied with the
editing service we have supplied. In such instances, we will
always work with a customer to attempt a resolution (e.g.
attempt further editing, discuss the intent with the author,
etc.). However, in the event of a situation where the customer
is still not satisfied, we will refund 100% of all costs that
the customer as incurred.
BLU Pencil
is always willing to work with any customer on a project that is
no older than
30
days. However,
BLU Pencil
realizes there can be extenuating circumstances and
reserves the right to authorize customer service
beyond 30 days from the invoice date.
In the event of an irresolvable project that is less than
30 days from the original invoice date, it is at the sole
discretion of the customer whether they wish to receive a refund
or credit toward another project. Credit card transactions must
be refunded to the card that was utilized in the original
transaction. After 30 days, only credit to future projects is
offered.
